Job Description

Education

Graduate / PG in Human Resources

Experience

8- 12 years of HR Management and Operations

Responsibility
  • Ongoing employee relations and people lifecycle management support including work force planning, staffing, learning / training and development, managing rewards and performance, grievance handling

  • Timely and effective insight generation through regular dashboards and monthly / quarterly reviews with corporate function heads

  • Participate in staffing, resourcing, recruiting and other business/ vertical building activities in addition to engagement delivery

  • Coordinate the performance management and promotion processes ensuring adherence to timelines and accurate and fair reward decisions

  • Work / Coordinate with Vertical Heads to develop training plans and strategy based on training need assessments

  • Assist with the development of annual learning plans for each program area

  • Proactively develop and communicate to employees updates on HR processes, policies, identify areas for process/policy improvement

  • Lead and supervise planning, generating information/data requests, business data to draw conclusions and develop insightful HR recommendations and solutions

  • In depth, on-ground awareness of roles, goals and individuals in each of the functions driven by on-going, regular employee and manager touch points

  • Assist in the governance of the Values program (One ReBIT) and employee-engagement initiatives

  • Proactively identifying potential issues and provide insightful analysis in decision making

  • Manages change implementation effectively

  • Champions and lead innovations in HR Processes

  • Ensure work-life balance of employees and counsel them

  • Develop road-map and systems for career development of employees
