The Role would report to : VP –Human Resources & Corporate Centre
PG / MBA –Human Resources ( Full Time )
Hands on experience working in IT/ITES/ Start up operations.
Functional areas : Human Resources / Learning Development
6 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources function spanning Talent Management & Learning & Development
Ongoing employee relations and people lifecycle management support including learning / training and development, managing rewards and performance, grievance handling
Timely and effective insight generation through regular dashboards and monthly / quarterly reviews with corporate function heads
Participate in staffing, resourcing, recruiting and other business/ vertical building activities in addition to engagement delivery
Coordinate the performance management and promotion processes ensuring adherence to timelines and accurate and fair reward decisions
Assist in the governance of the Values program (One ReBIT) and employee-engagement initiatives
Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training
Prepare training budget requirements and share with Senior leadership
Track budget spend versus plan and take corrective actions if required
Conduct discussions with BUs to understand training requirements (mandatory trainings, technical, domain, behavioural training);
Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience.
Advise business to identify training needs identified in performance appraisals, prepare training calendar and prioritize focus areas
Discuss with technical domain heads to seek nomination for technical trainers and curriculum champions;
Conduct TTT for nominated technical trainers.
Assess training effectiveness, review feedback of participants and managers on training content and application of learning to work to modify training programs
