Employment Term – 1 year      

Experience 1–3 years of experience in hiring Junior, Mid & Senior Level – IT professionals.

 

Role & Responsibility –

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Present candidates to Account Manager and/or Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full lifecycle responsibilities.
  • Source pipeline of technical candidates from internal database, social media, job boards, networking, referrals, recruitment consultants and any other creative means.
  • Recruitment Vendor Management.
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
  • Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Navigate efficiently through internal systems.

Qualifications

Graduate/PG in Human Resources

  • The candidate having Recruitment/HR related Degree or Diploma will be given preference.
