Employment Term – 1 year
Experience – 1–3 years of experience in hiring Junior, Mid & Senior Level – IT professionals.
Role & Responsibility –
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Present candidates to Account Manager and/or Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews.
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full lifecycle responsibilities.
- Source pipeline of technical candidates from internal database, social media, job boards, networking, referrals, recruitment consultants and any other creative means.
- Recruitment Vendor Management.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
- Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work in a timely manner.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Navigate efficiently through internal systems.

Qualifications
Graduate/PG in Human Resources
- The candidate having Recruitment/HR related Degree or Diploma will be given preference.
