The Role would report to : VP Human Resource & Corporate Centre

Education

Bachelors Degree ( Mandatory) with any specialization

Industry

Should have good, hands on experience in Managing Facility in similar (IT/ITES) or services organizations. Should have worked in mid-size companies and handled Facilities & Administration team independently.

Experience (years)
  • 8 – 12 yrs of experience in Facilities/Administration Management

Responsibilities
  • Act as a single point of contact for all facilities management & most importantly provide harmonious work culture to ReBIT employees

  • Understand the facilities management scope and develop processes, procedures, and improvements in consultation with the outsourced vendor & government regulators.

  • Facility Operations Standards are maintained in all areas, ie Housekeeping, Transportation, Security, Cafeteria, Front office, BMS, Engineering, Maintenance , Customer visits., & events

  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety and cleanliness of the facility

  • Deploy active safety measures in the facility.

  • Support facility during crisis situation. ( Fool proof Business Continuity Plan, in case of natural or external exigencies )

  • Should be familiar with relevant Acts ie .( CLRA, Bombay Shops and Establishment Act , Industrial Employment & standing Order Act ,Standing order rules, etc)

  • To ensure that all out sourced vendors are complying with required statutory requirements to enable them to function smoothly in ReBIT

  • Ensure that all necessary contracts with external vendors/ agencies are updated & are audited periodically.

  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

  • Ensure accuracy of the data and analyze the Facility Management costs, calculating and comparing costs for required goods and services to achieve maximum value

  • Ensure monthly invoicing is done on time as per agreed timelines and take sign-off from the management

  • Ensure all operational budgets are updated on time and variance analysis is presented to the Management teams

  • Ensure vendor Relationships are built on trust and managed to the maximum benefit of the organization

Employment Type
  • All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of three years, extendable by mutual consent.
