Reporting Structure

Reports to Solution Architect ABAP



Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering



  1. 3 to 6-years of relevant experience
  2. Experience in Previous SAP implementation(s) is a must
  3. Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP /ERP solution implementation are preferred



Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization



  1. Experience in SAP ABAP Design and Development with 2+ full cycle implementations as an ABAP HR Developer
  2. Experience on SAP HCM modules including requirements gathering, planning, and scoping, application design, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
  3. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
  4. Experience in HR Forms, Adobe Forms, SAPs Script & Smart forms are must.
  5. Experience in WRICEF, OOP’s, Using HR logical databases including reports, programs, screens & also worked with HR macros when reading data from Infotypes
  6. Strong hands-on in ABAP technologies such as Enhancement Framework, BADIs, ABAP Objects etc
  7. Knowledge of Web Dynpro Application & Exposure to   ALE/IDOC, Workflow, BRF+ will be added advantage
  8. Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations
  9. Document the AS-IS Processes, To-Be Processes; Perform Gap analysis along with other technical documentations
  10. Receiving tickets/issues from business. Analysing the ticket and resolving the issue in time
  11. Possess analytical abilities, communication, and client Interfacing skills


Certifications (Any-One)

SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.50 Certification(preferred)

Employment Type

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of Five years, extendable by mutual consent
