  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Master Degree in Management preferred

Experience/ Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years and maximum 14 years of overall experience.
  • Overall experience to mandatorily include minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement of IT solutions/ products and related services.
  • Prior experience in managing end-to-end IT procurement operations, preferably in a public sector enterprise or a financial services establishment.
  • Exposure to public procurement with keen understanding of applicable guidelines like CVC, GFR etc.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing solutions/platforms in prior organisations to automate procurement operations will be a plus.
  • Exposure to e-tendering/procurement portals for public procurement like MSTC Ecommerce, GeM Portal, CPP Portal etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethic and ability to empathize with the customer 


Preferably from a Public sector or Financial Services organization


Procurement function at ReBIT caters to internal procurement needs as well as the projects handled by ReBIT on behalf of its parent organisation. The function owns all aspects of procurement viz., Budgeting, Tendering, Vendor Selection, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Invoice & Payment Management, Spend Management, Compliance Management, Statutory Reporting and Internal Reporting.


This role is expected to take up below responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities for assigned service categories.
  • Assist procurement head in defining and institutionalising the operating framework for procurement operations.
  • Leverage best procurement practices to the extent possible for continuous improvement.
  • Establish relevant metrics, define clear goals with measurement plan.
  • Standardise the procurement deliverables (RFI, RFP, Contract, AMC etc.) and socialise the same with all stakeholders.
  • Evaluate available tools and platforms to choose the best fit solution for our needs and institutionalise the same.
  • Regular reporting on assigned service categories.
  • Responsible for tracking adherence/compliance to internal guidelines as well as other applicable guidelines like CVC, GFR etc for assigned service categories.
  • Liaison, manage and influence with internal and external stakeholders, as needed, to manage the day to day operations.
  • Participate in capacity building for the procurement function by hiring the right skills from the market.
  • Provide timely, candid and constructive performance feedback to direct reports.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance their career growth.

Employment Type

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent



Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) from International Institute for Procurement and Market Research (IIPMR) or equivalent certification is preferred.
