Reports to the AVP – ADM


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Management, Master Degree in Engineering/Management preferred

Experience/ Qualifications

  1. Overall Work experience of 16 years, out of which minimum 14+ years’ experience in SAP HCM All modules in both ECC & HANA Environment.
  2. At least 5 full-lifecycle Sap HR implementations
  3. 10 Years of experience in heading a team for providing support in SAP HCM Module
  4. At least 5 years’ experience as project manager for new opportunity and/or as add-on project for an existing client
  5. Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP /ERP solution implementation are preferred


Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization



  1. Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services. Aware of application support transition methodology
  2. Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines
  3. Lead the development of requirements, business cases, estimations, Project Proposals and RFPs for manpower augmentation
  4. Facilitate the definition of service levels and acceptance criteria for projects
  5. Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
  6. Work with stakeholders to secure needed resources and resolve resource conflicts
  7. Identify and proactively manage changes in scope, budget and schedule to ensure that the business value of the project is still achieved
  8. Escalate issues and risks and proactively takes ownership for resolution
  9. Track the SLA Performance and other associated project deliverables and provide regular status reporting to all levels of stakeholders
  10. Manage projects with a blend of in-house and external resources (vendors and contractors)
  11. Plan and lead project governance meetings, project health checks, Monthly SLA performance and  post project reviews
  12. Share lessons learned and best practices across projects, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  13. Provide IT PMO with lessons learned and best practices related inputs
  14. Collaborate with IT PMO to implement standards, guidelines and perform other relevant activities and Adhere to Project Management methodology as defined by IT PMO
  15. Provide timely, candid and constructive performance feedback to direct reports
  16. Develop direct reports to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance their career growth
  17. Co-ordinate with Data centre for SAP BASIS related support


Certifications (any one)

Relevant certifications will be an added advantage

Employment Type

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
