Graduate / PG in Human Resources
8- 12 years of HR Management and Operations
Ongoing employee relations and people lifecycle management support including work force planning, staffing, learning / training and development, managing rewards and performance, grievance handling
Timely and effective insight generation through regular dashboards and monthly / quarterly reviews with corporate function heads
Participate in staffing, resourcing, recruiting and other business/ vertical building activities in addition to engagement delivery
Coordinate the performance management and promotion processes ensuring adherence to timelines and accurate and fair reward decisions
Work / Coordinate with Vertical Heads to develop training plans and strategy based on training need assessments
Assist with the development of annual learning plans for each program area
Proactively develop and communicate to employees updates on HR processes, policies, identify areas for process/policy improvement
Lead and supervise planning, generating information/data requests, business data to draw conclusions and develop insightful HR recommendations and solutions
In depth, on-ground awareness of roles, goals and individuals in each of the functions driven by on-going, regular employee and manager touch points
Assist in the governance of the Values program (One ReBIT) and employee-engagement initiatives
Proactively identifying potential issues and provide insightful analysis in decision making
Manages change implementation effectively
Champions and lead innovations in HR Processes
Ensure work-life balance of employees and counsel them
Develop road-map and systems for career development of employees
Has well rounded knowledge of HR practices
Effectively implements HR Programs across the organization

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of three years, extendable by mutual consent.
