Dr. Madan M. Oberoi is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of 1992 batch. He is a Fulbright Scholar in the area of "Cyber Security" from University of Washington. He also holds a PhD in the area of cybercrime from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, a Master’s Degree in ‘Management and Systems’ from IIT Delhi and another Master’s Degree in Police Management.
He is presently working as Joint Commissioner of Police looking after the Special Cell of Delhi Police, which is responsible for Anti-Terror Operations and combating organized crime.
Dr. Oberoi was earlier deployed as Director Cybercrime in INTERPOL in Singapore with global jurisdiction. As part of this, he supervised ‘Cyber Fusion Centre’, ‘Cyber Investigation Support’, ‘Cyber Training’, ‘Cyber Research Lab”, “Digital Forensics Lab’ ‘Innovation Centre’ and ‘Cyber Strategy’ units of INTERPOL.

He had with State Bank of India for 25 years as IT Manager. He also worked as Manager in Enterprise Risk Services group of Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu India Private Limited, Mumbai and as Senior Manager in Wipro consulting services. Sunil was CISO of National Stock Exchange. Currently he is free-lance consultant and trainer in IT governance and Information Security.
Sunil is Senior Member of Computer Society of India is a Patron of Pune chapter. He was Chairman of Pune chapter. He is also member of ISACA and was president of Pune chapter. He was member of International Membership board of ISACA, USA and CISM and CRISC Test Enhancement committee of ISACA. Currently he is working on CRISC Certification committee of ISACA International and member of India growth task force. Sunil is also member of Association of Technical Scholarships (AOTS), Japan.

Shomiron is a highly experienced Intrusion Analyst, and has been building threat detection systems for more than a decade. He founded NETMONASTERY (NM) at the end of 2002, and set out to deliver quality attack detection products and services to its customers. Shomiron has the experience of building detection strategies for the most advanced security operations centers in the world.
Outside work he is a trained mountaineer with expedition experience in the high Himalayas.

Jaspal Singh Sawhney

He joined Deutsche Bank in Singapore in 2000 as Regional Head for Information Security Engineering and moved to Mumbai in 2004.
Presently, he is the Director - Country Head CISO for Deutsche franchise in India, responsible for Information Security for the banking franchise in India and Org leadership responsibilities for 300 plus roles within India Security Operations Center. Prior to this, he was Director Technology, responsible for COO / Chief of Staff Functions for 700 FTE Technology Operations Centres in India requiring management oversight of technology organization, operations, financials and client relationships for Deutsche franchise in India.
Mr Singh held other diverse roles such as Global technology relationship lead for captives in US, UK, and APAC, Information technology relationship for India captives and retail bank and Setup of Information Security Center within India captives.
Prior to joining DB in Singapore in 2001, he conceptualised, designed and implemented a multi-year strategic Information Security middleware program delivery for Global Applications portfolio with Standard Chartered Bank within their Singapore Regional HO.
