Mr Shenoj Balaraman is heading the Human Resources for Reserve Bank Information
Technology Pvt Ltd (ReBIT). He has 24 years of progressive experience augmented by a
strong back ground in Human resources. Till recently he was working as the Head of HR
for Tata Consultancy Services Pune & Goa managing 23 thousand employees based out of
Pune & Goa.
Out of 18 years of HR work experience he has spent 12 years in TCS, where he has played
multiple roles such as the Recruitment Head for India West, Emerging Markets India HR
Head, followed by overseas stint of 2 years in Latin America where he managed the talent
management and deployment function for the local employee base. His areas of expertise
would encompass Talent Deployment, Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR Planning. He has
sound knowledge of labor related laws and proven ability to function as a strategic HR
Business Partner and develop and implement successful human resources management
strategies to support corporate mandate.
In past, he has been associated with Zensar Technologies (RPG), Mafoi Management
Consultants & Emcure Pharmaceuticals.
Shenoj hold Master’s Degree of Personnel Management from IMSSR (Pune University) &
Diploma in Labor Laws and Welfare from Symbiosis Law College (Pune University). He is a
resilient Human resource professional with effective human resources management and goal
setting abilities with superior leadership, team building, communication and
interpersonal skills.
