Executive Director, CONTINUITY & RESILIENCE(CORE)

Dhiraj Lal has over 20 years of Business Continuity experience. A Chemical engineer from IIT Delhi and MBA from IIM Calcutta, he has worked with Citibank, Standard Chartered, Agilent and American Express. He is Asia’s first BSI appointed Technical Expert for BS25999/ ISO 22301, and has assessed 2 of the top 10 certified organizations globally. He teaches and consults in BCM (NCEMA 7000/ ISO 22301) and related domains. He has been invited to present at the BCI Annual conference in the UK, DRI USA, BCMI Singapore, itSMF UK, DRI Asia in Malaysia, ISACA UAE, KSA and India, and also various Crisis, Business Continuity Cyber and IT Resilience Summits in India, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

Jayaraman Pazhamalai

Senior Vice President and Head, Systems Audit, ReBIT

Mr Jayaraman Pazhamalai has more than two decades of Industry experience in the areas of IT, and more specifically, in the Information Security domain. He was leading the Information Security function for Wipro, as the Global Chief Information Security officer (CISO), with the responsibility of protecting employee information, as well as customer data of several Global Fortune 500 companies.

Anil Bhandari

Chief General Manager and Group CISO, State Bank of India

Anil Bhandari is posted as Chief General Manager and Group CISO at SBI overseeing the Information Security of the Bank. He has experience in the areas of Credit, Treasury, Investment Banking and Audit, having served in various capacities in various geographical locations in erstwhile Associate Banks and State Bank of India. Prior to this assignment he was posted as Chief General Manager (IA-III), Internal Audit Department, Hyderabad, where his responsibilities included oversight of the Information Security Audit function of the Bank.   

Sameer Ratolikar

Executive Vice President and CISO, HDFC Bank

Sameer Ratolikar is presently working as EVP & Chief Information Security Officer, HDFC Bank. Before this he was CISO with AXIS Bank. Previously he was working with Bank of India as CISO and CTO, and Ministry of IT on deputation to government of Gujarat as Principal Systems Analyst (Security & networks). He has 20 years of experience in IT and Information Security domain. He holds certificates such as CISA, ISO 27001LA, CEH, BS25999 LA, COBIT. ITIL v3, MCSE and CCNA.
