Summary

Businesses are under pressure to deliver growth and innovate in the marketplace. The single most effective strategy to address these twin goals has been to outsource non-core functions and build alliances to spur innovation. Therefore, 3rd Party risk has become a current, costly and critical challenge. In the recent years, numerous organizations have suffered serious repercussions due to third party management process failures. As cyberattacks via eco-system partners or 3rd Parties become more commonplace, decision makers have put the spotlight on the information and cyber security of their suppliers.

To address these concerns, organizations need to undertake steps to enhance the maturity of their third party governance and risk management. Despite the strides they have made, significant gaps still remain—particularly with regards to the tools, technologies, and underlying processes currently in place.

This webinar will cover the following:

  • What are the significant and relevant 3 rd Party risks?

  • Risk management strategies and models to address 3 rd Party risks

  • Evolution of 3 rd Party risk management programs – Where are we headed?
